ybajee is strictly available to adults aged 18 years and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement. ybajee reserves the right to request age-verification documents at any stage and to suspend accounts where this condition is not met.
Each individual player may hold only one registered account on the ybajee platform. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or bonuses held within them.
All deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, and account balances at ybajee are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Supported payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected local bank transfers. Minimum deposit is ৳200. Withdrawals are subject to verification and processing times.
All bonuses, free spins, and promotional offers issued by ybajee are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms. ybajee reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any revision constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account.
3.1 Minimum Age. The ybajee Platform is strictly restricted to individuals aged 18 years or older. It is a criminal offence in many jurisdictions for persons under the legal gambling age to engage in gambling activities. ybajee takes this obligation seriously and employs age-verification procedures at registration and during KYC review.

3.5 Account Verification (KYC). ybajee may require Players to submit identity documents — including a national identity card (NID), passport, or valid photo ID — at any time, but particularly prior to processing a withdrawal request. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.
4.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. ybajee shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account due to your failure to safeguard your credentials.
4.2 Accurate Information. You must ensure that all personal information associated with your Account remains accurate and current. If any details change — including your contact number, email address, or payment method — you must update your Account profile promptly. ybajee may request supporting documentation to verify any changes.
4.3 Account Inactivity. An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months is considered inactive. ybajee reserves the right to apply a monthly account administration fee to inactive accounts after written notice has been provided to the registered email address. Any remaining balance after applicable fees will be returned to the Player upon request and successful identity verification.
4.4 Account Closure by Player. You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting ybajee's support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method following successful identity verification. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary closure.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. ybajee currently supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected local bank transfers including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are processed in BDT.
5.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits. The minimum single deposit is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits may apply and may vary by payment method and account tier. ybajee reserves the right to modify deposit limits at any time and will notify affected Players accordingly.
5.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to the Player's Account balance within minutes of confirmation from the payment provider. ybajee is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's systems or network congestion.
5.4 Withdrawal Requests. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:
5.5 Withdrawal Processing Times. Withdrawals to mobile wallet services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically processed within 15 to 60 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1 to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.
5.6 Withdrawal Fees. ybajee does not charge a platform fee on standard withdrawals. However, fees imposed by the payment provider or receiving bank are the responsibility of the Player and will be deducted from the withdrawal amount as applicable.
5.7 Anti-Money Laundering. ybajee is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of unlawful activities. In accordance with this commitment, ybajee may request the source of funds documentation from any Player and may report suspicious transactions to the appropriate authorities. Funds must be withdrawn using the same method by which they were deposited, where technically possible.
6.1 General Bonus Conditions. All bonuses and promotional offers made available on the ybajee Platform are subject to specific terms and conditions. By accepting a bonus, you agree to the applicable wagering requirements and restrictions associated with that offer.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times (the Wagering Requirement) before any winnings derived from those funds become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable Wagering Requirement for each promotion will be stated clearly in the promotion's specific terms at the time the offer is presented.
6.3 Bonus Expiry. All bonuses have an expiry date. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not been wagered through the applicable requirement by the expiry date will be removed from the Account without notice. Players should check the expiry conditions of each offer before accepting it.
6.4 Abuse of Bonuses. ybajee reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold winnings, and close accounts where it determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once; using software or strategies designed to exploit promotional offers; or providing false information to qualify for a promotion.
6.5 ybajee's Right to Modify Promotions. ybajee reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Such changes will not affect bonuses already accepted and in active use by a Player, unless the modification is required to comply with applicable law or to prevent fraud.
7.1 Sports Betting. All sports wagers placed on the ybajee Platform are governed by ybajee's Sports Betting Rules, which are published on the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference. Bets are accepted at ybajee's sole discretion. ybajee reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any wager at any time.
7.2 Casino Games. 7.3 Errors and Malfunctions. In no circumstance shall ybajee be obligated to honour a payout resulting from a technical error.
7.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply to all games and betting markets. These limits are displayed within each game or market interface. ybajee may impose additional personal betting limits on any Account at its discretion, particularly where irregular betting patterns are identified.

ybajee's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits ybajee's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
ybajee reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ybajee will notify registered Players via email at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where practicable. Non-material clarifications or corrections may be updated without prior notice. The current version of these Terms is always available at ybajee.club/terms-conditions and is identified by its effective date. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revision constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14.1 Termination by ybajee. ybajee may suspend or permanently close any Account — and withhold or void any funds held therein — immediately and without prior notice if ybajee determines, in its sole discretion, that a Player has breached any provision of these Terms, has engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to other players or the integrity of the Platform.
14.2 Termination by Player. Players may close their Account voluntarily at any time by contacting ybajee's support team. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance will be returned via the Player's registered payment method after successful identity verification. Bonus balances are forfeited on account closure.
14.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination for any reason, your licence to use the Platform is immediately revoked. Clauses that by their nature survive termination — including Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, Governing Law, and Complaints & Disputes — shall continue in full force.

If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by the support team, you may escalate the matter to ybajee's internal complaints review process by submitting a written summary of your dispute and the outcome you are seeking. ybajee will provide a final written decision within 14 business days of receiving the escalation.
Disputes regarding game outcomes must be raised within 30 days of the transaction date. ybajee will not investigate disputes raised after this period. All dispute decisions made by ybajee's complaints team following the full internal review process are final and binding.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through ybajee's internal complaints process shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English.
Nothing in this clause prevents ybajee from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where such relief is necessary to protect ybajee's rights or the integrity of the Platform.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
